Merchandisers

All merchandisers are LMS employees. We have never subcontracted out our service. Our part-time merchandisers average 15 to 20 hours per week. The average profile of our merchandisers are: mothers, with school aged children, that need flexible hours and the newly retired person, looking for additional income, and to stay active.

Managers

We have three levels of management:

District Field Supervisor
Directly manages merchandisers and maintains a territory or "zone".
District Managers
Directly manages District Field Supervisors, and oversees the administration and execution of LMS projects.
Regional Operations Manager
Oversee all field managers and their projects

Account Managers

Each LMS customer is assigned an account manager who will manage the day-to-day operations of the customer's project. Account managers are the key contact for each customer and will become an expert on your business.
